If Al Capone had a sports bar with the biggest screen in town, it'd look something like the Prohibition-themed Pourhouse.

The Pour House is in Siren, Wisconsin. This is clearly a blatant rip-off of that fine establishment.

I wish there were a part of downtown (or town) that had a large variety of pubs, watering holes and/or hole-in-the-walls.....no more "party bars" for the 21-24 crowd!

Why is it every new establishment has to be the alcohol fueled version of Chuck E. Cheese? And apparently one THEME isn't enough, we have to have the game room, dance club, light show, karaoke, pony ride, live band, bumper car, and Ferris wheel rides combine with ironically named beverages. Why not bars for grown ups? The initial concept of the Pour House was great, but once again, all cohesiveness is lost. Instead of sending one clear message to people, there are numerous messages that don't say much at all.

Why do most of the people who comment on stories just bitch and whine? I had a blast there last weekend and I am glad there is a fun new place to go that isn't a nightclub. Pilk - stay home and watch tv. you obviously don't want to have fun..

Every club since Walter Payton's Pacific Club has failed in that location. Give this place 3 years and the novelty will have worn out.

DANNYBOY- I never said there weren't worse ills. I'm just saying that places like this are contributing to the downfall of american social culture.
