More Best Buy drama? I really want to support the company since it is local and I have some friends that work at corporate, but it sounds like BB still has some serious issues to address. Between an outdated business model, leadership issues, etc., it will be interesting to see if BB can keep their head above water in the near future.

Example of why BB sucks. My computer monitor went out the other day. Decided to go to BB and give them a shot. Wow was I surprised, there prices are way higher! They have no selection. In the end, bought a ASUS 24 inch (1080p) monitor from newegg for only $130. No tax and free shipping. Tons of reviews from customers about the product. For $130 at BB, I barely could've gotten a decent monitor.

I think that Dick Schulze should have remained Best Buy's CEO from the beginning. Too many people seem to have gotten involved in trying to lead the company. As a result, Best Buy lost sight of important things like Customer Service and Market Trends. Hopefully, Dick Schultze can re-build Best Buy into the great retailer that it once was. I wish him the best.

Just rearranging the Titanic's deck chairs. Best Buy is dying, I doubt anything will stop it.

One answer for Best Buy and governments everywhere is that all internet sales should be taxed at the rate of the buyer's address.

Best way to control nepotism. His family and friends are the only people making money off this shipwreck of a company.
