Ever wonder why he vetoed (twice) the bill to let school districts form one group for bidding health insurance? Any doubt in your mind who made that decision?

TPaws is a typical Repub. Note his position is that the higher rates paid insurance companies were permissible under the federal guidlines. Wouldn't the responsible (to the taxpayer) position be to push for the lowest rate possible?? TPaw & his ilk are most loyal to big business/insurance companies!!

There has been NO COMPETETIVE BIDDING ! We have the same, overpaid companies now. The 1% cap on profits is based on "as reported" data. They just bump up admin costs and call it good.
