Minnesota among states that don’t assess tutoring services

In 20 states, regulators help families select a tutoring service by providing information on how those companies have performed. Some states publish the results of customer satisfaction surveys or research on student achievement. Others rank or grade providers based on their effectiveness. Minnesota, like most states, offers no data on tutor performance.
