Complaints pile up for Minnesota's top 10 tutoring services

Long service delays. Rude customer service representatives. Broken equipment. These were just some of the nearly 200 complaints filed against two dozen tutoring services in Minnesota in recent years. The only major tutoring service in Minnesota that drew no complaints from parents or local school officials was Friendship Community Service, a non-profit organization.

This report appears to be a hatchet job against some tutoring companies, such as College Nannies and Tutors. One complaint that was dealt with gets them on the complaint list. They have had tens of thousands of tutoring visits and this is the only complaint?

Time for some (foreign) job-killing regulations. Please tell me why - when we have 8 percent plus unemployment - are we sending any jobs to India, China, etc.?
