The trailers for this look very good and there have been some great reviews on it. It’s apparently financed outside to the normal Hollywood studio process, that is, independently. Hollywood doesn’t care for this type of story these days. This film definitely goes on my short list of ones to see. It’s a fascinating tale of true history that is little known outside of Mexico. Freedom is not free, particularly religious freedom. Mexico was under threat of going Stalinist at that time. Religion was under heavy assault, as were other freedoms. Pancho Villa and Zapata and others were all trying to be Mexico’s Mussolini and these were people who said ‘No!’ Real courage. Very inspiratinal. I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE THIS, TWO THUMBS WAY UP!
