I was clamoring for Carter to be a part of the Wild for the last few years. He is they type of guy that knows his role as 3rd or 4th line player. His attitude and work ethic are things the fans would appreciate. Instead, we go after other Minnesotans and try and make them stars without realizing their skill says no. I don't care where we get guys from as long as they work hard and are what the team needs. It's all about winning like Carter states. As someone who grew up playing with him and still occasionally sees him around town, not a better guy to have this happening to. I literally had to pry stories out of him as he is not about announcing to the world who he is or what he does for a living. From all your boys back in the WB, we are watching and cheering you on Carter! Keep up the great work so you can hit the links this summer as a 2 time cup champion!
