Ironically, the writing of the piece probably took longer than the "grueling" trip itself. A lengthy, front page story about routine travel after a 60-day deployment? Where are the stories about the numerous active duty service members who are away from home for years at a time and are actually deployed for longer than it takes to get a rebate check in the mail?
