Twins starters on historically awful pace

If the starters' 6.60 ERA holds up, it would be the worst mark in Twins history.

Quite the Murder's Row that Gardenhire came up with. Pavano and his personal catcher...never can figure that one out. Once again, sorry folks; but Gardenhire and his handling of this team and leaving Pavano in gave up the game. Detroit looked eager, and seemed like the game meant something to them...the Twins on the other hand...had the same demeanor and displayed the same enthusiasm as their pathetic manager. Changes need to be made now.

I can't believe people care about this horrible baseball team. Save your money!! Watching paint dry is more fun.

Hate to say it, but best move right now is trade the "C&C" boys (concussion-prones) now for pitching before another DL trip diminishes their value

This team is terrible! Turned the game on just in time to watch Mauer strike out. Permanent cellar dwellers.

Pavano may be a nice guy, but he's done as a major league pitcher...6 runs, 10 hits, while only lasting 4 innings. His fast ball is High School level, and his change up is T-ball. Blackburn, Liriano, and Pavano....these starters get the team so far behind by mid-game, it deflates the offense.

Ben Revere's arm is embarrassingly bad. Miguel Cabrera going from 1st to 3rd on a single? That had me almost gagging, that was so pathetic. (Btw, Cabrera was the third straight Tiger that inning to go 1st to 3rd on Revere that inning alone!)

Dozier is starting to stink, muffed another DP, and has been swinging poorly since the roadie.

Just call the season off. Invoke a mercy rule. No rule? Make one up!

Why does Rick Anderson keep getting a pass. You can't get rid of pitchers until you get rid of him. He has got these pitchers so messed up they don't now if their on foot or horseback.
