We need a constitutional amendment on the November ballot that says the Republicans must pay their own legal bills. The taxpayers should not be required to pick up the cost of the Republican screw-ups.

Mr. Senjem, If you're right you fight. If you're wrong you tuck your tail between your legs and pay up. Remember, the GOP is on our dime. You have't done anything right yet this session, why should we expect a miracle now?

Charge it to the MN RNC as it was an internal GOP issue. Oh wait, can't do that...they don't pay their bills.

When will Broadkorb and Koch be charged under the state's anti-adultery laws? They both admit they broke the law. They should be punished, particularly since they both spent the majority of their careers preaching to others about morality and "family values."

I watched Amy Koch's tear filled parting speech to the Senate. I missed the part where she apologized for violating almost everything she was elected to do and professed to believe in. I also missed the part where her former colleagues called her on any of this. The part that I did see was all sweetness and light: applause and hugs all around (and that is a lot around). A pox on everyone of them: left, right and center. It's about their jobs and their lives first and foremost. If they had any integrity she would have been out on the first hint of this.

So wait... Brodkorb hasn't even sued the Senate yet, but we already have a bill from the Senates attorney? Talk about frivolous spending...
