Nice work Jon! Maybe a precedent is what MnDot needs to start letting communities turn highway right-of-way blight into productive gardens.

Oh cool. Wow! Justice and common sense prevailed! Now... let's close the entrance to Ayd Mill Road on Hamline when they reconstruct the bridge next year! Hamline near Selby doesn't need to be another Midway! Closing the Hamline entrance is the approved city plan for the neighborhood! Let's do this now, when the bridge is being built, rather than doubling the cost and doing it "later."
