The only thing the arm the DNC (i.e. StarTribune) wants is a third party to take away votes from Romney. Hence all the fake excitement brought to print.

Me and millions of other Americans can't afford to cover all our healthcare and retirement expenses the way Ron Paul thinks we should, the republican idea of "every man for himself" won't work in this country.

i find it laughable that you reporters know nothing about the tea party. if you did youd know Ron Paul started the tea party singlehandedly along with his supporters,in 2007 they had an event on the anniversary of the bosten tea party, where they symbolicly dropped cases of tea into the harbor to commemorate the original. from there many politicians hijacked off of it, but there is documented evidence of all of this, the media has refused to acknowledge this fact, besides a certain surprise few. anyone who knows about Ron Paul knows this as well as the fact that hes the only member of congress to never in his career support any legislation thats unconstitutional.therfore hes the only true embodiment of the tea party.

More and more people are waking up to Obamney and don't buy either of them. Neither of them are veterans and served their country yet they both call for others to risk their lives for corporate and foreign interests abroad. Simply shameful. It is the PEACEMAKERS that are blessed, not the warmakers.

RON PAUL All men dream: but nor equally, Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses oftheir minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dream with open eyes, to make it possible. This I did. I meant to make a new nation, to restore! T.E. Lawrence from : "Seven Pillars of Wisdom"

We desperately need more than a pro-religion party, we need to be able to stand up to big government, monstrous and unconscionable debt, and the banks that have enabled it while harvesting the US middle class in the process. We don't have freedom unless we the people can run our own country again.

In the 1950-60's there were approximately 50 media outlets in the USA. Today 4-6 media outlets are running the USA airwaves they will be picking the new POTUS. We do not receive real "news" anymore it is pure propaganda based on what corporations want us to know. Public media monopolies will be the downfall of our society.

In your dreams, Rachel. The GOP will have a fruitful series of election successes. You socialists are simply in denial about the horrific state of affairs that we are in at the state and federal levels in terms of over spending.

I am a Republican and I would vote for RuPaul before I would vote for Ron Paul.He may have a few ideas that I am in favor of but on a whole I consider him a nut case. His forgin policy is a disaster waiting to happen.
