A farmer from Freeport, Minn., is accused of violating food codes. His case, set to be heard Monday, was delayed.

When are they going to start charging the corporate "farmers" that are poisoning our food supply with hormones, pesticides and genetically modified "foods". Oh, wait... they have lobbyists and special interest groups who can afford to pay the bribes.

I grew up on raw milk from our own herd of dairy cows. Never had a problem that could be blamed on the milk. Dairy cows are vaccinated for tuberculosis and brucellosis (Bangs Disease) which were the most dangerous diseases associated with raw milk a century ago. We used to sell raw milk to folks who stopped in and wanted to buy raw milk and never lost a customer to any maladies caused by our milk. I'd still keep a cow if my day job didn't demand so much time. Another advantage of raw milk is the fact that you can skim your own cream rather than having to run down to the store for a pint of whipping cream. People should have the choice to buy raw milk if they want it with the convenience of delivery.
