This story is so bizarre. It first didn't make any sense to me, then it floored me that any officers would do this. Then I kinda laughed, and finally I am mad at what may/did happen. Are people in all stratums of society being affected by a full moon every day of the year.

While I agree that it was bizarre that the cops would give people pot to smoke, I highly doubt that they would give this guy poison or whatever these deluded people are inferring. This guy might take all manner of drugs as many do and never know what the scummy dealer is cutting it with and only get annoyed when they feel cheated and are seldom concerned with what the substance actually was. The police need to remember what kind of people they're dealing with and keep absolute propriety at all times. The political left will milk every opportunity to tear down our society. Cops, do your job as though in the spotlight at all times.

I think that one (of many) interesting characteristic of this story is the way the department initially denied the allegations. They had to know what was going on and they just lied about it. That shows a pattern of arrogance and foolishness.. Never a good combination ....but an especially toxic brew when the containers are wearing badges.
