Turning manufacturing into women's work

Attracting more women to manufacturing could make it easier for companies to find workers with the skills they need.

Of course one way to attract anyone to these type jobs would be decent wages....

That adorable lady checking out welds is my mom. Thank you mom for being a role model in stepping outside the norm. You and women like the Tapani's are a wonderful example that women can do it all. P.S. Happy Mother's Day.
