Well, unless the team adds some true 1st and 2nd line players, the status quo isn't going to turn this team into a contender.

12 years in the league, and the WILD have been one of the worst teams year after year. Why would anyone in MN still care? The Wild have made the playoffs 3 years? Beyond pathetic.

Does Stoner make the roster of a really good team? Maybe, maybe not. I guess at two years and one million per at least its a contract that wont hurt the Wild. There will always be a market for guys his size.
