He wants to reallocate the money to better research on that Flat Earth thing. (There may be something to it!)

I hear he wants to put the money to better use by funding research into proving that there is a God and a place called Heaven.

What a smart move. Lets avoid finding out about things that might be bad for our future, but lets subsidize the hugely profitable companies that contribute most to the problem. Are these idiots for real ?

It's about time! There is ZERO proof man is causing the earth to warm. Those that claim this must also claim man caused earth to cool between 1940-1975. You cannot have it both ways!!

Cravaack said the money "duplicates the already inherent ability of the [NSF] to fund worthy proposals through its rigorous, peer-reviewed process."..... That is the windiest bag of B.S. I have ever read.

Tea Party politicians are not fit to lead this country into the future. They are so concerned with "saving" our country, they would incinerate the rest of the planet and stop all progress unless it's profit driven. The "tea party" experiment has failed, time to admit it, and elect people who see the future, NOT the past.

"Cravvy doesn't think global warming is real because its been cold in Duluth this spring." Don't you mean New Hampshire? His family moved there, you know. I guess the TEA partiers who fell for his line of baloney about how Jim Oberstar didn't spend time in the district must have buyer's remorse about this guy.

What does he care? He doesn't even live in MN...or the Midwest for that matter.

Cravaack is right .. It's a duplicate program. NSF already has the abillity to fund climate change programs, why do they need a specific allocation to do something they already have the funds to do? It's like paying a school a special allocation to teach science when they are already funded to do so.
