Two things that get my goat. 1) the drain plug law. I have a 14' run-a-bout. I don't have a live well or a bilge pump. The ONLY way I could end up with enough water in my boat that it will drain out of the plug hole is if I forget to put the plug in when I launch. With everything else going on at a launch, it is completely feasible that this could happen. 2) when I have live bait, I don't have a bucket over the side of the boat. I have an aerated bucket which never comes into contact with the lake water. Why should I have to go through the trouble of exchanging bait shop water? This whole idea of "guilty until proven innocent" has gone too far!

Nonnative regulations tightened, to prevent "overharvest", while, during the spawn, Native gill net harvest amounts go up?????????????????????????? Gill netting during the spawn has reduced Mille Lacs Walleye Spawning Stock Biomass by 1/2, and they want to further restrict Nonnatives when we already have regulations in place to prevent harvesting 'ANY' SSB Walleye?????????? Government at its finest right there!!!!!!

How can you carry around enough bottled water (and keep it cool enough) to keep a couple dozen sucker minnows alive, if you don't end up using all of them.

Too many rules! Real sportsmen don't need rules! Only Obama-types care about littering, or over-harvesting. Real Americans love their trucks and their guns, and Viking football!
