Minnesota lags behind other states in safety training

"The state is one of 26 where inhome providers don't need high school degees..." The EEOC, in recent guidelines, has posted that the 26 states that do require a HS Ed may be discriminatory in hiring. The article here clearly implies someone w/o a HS diploma providing daycare is a problem. Perhaps the author of this column, Mr. Olson, next report on the EEOC under this Adminstration, and how that could lead to the deaths of those in daycare. As he seems to imply here.
