Attempt to override fireworks veto fizzles
Gee Star trib, why hide the previous comments on this veto? Are you trying to hide your left-leaninging views? Did I comment on something with reality involved? I realize this type of thinking provides a challenge for ultra liberal thinking, but is it beat to "bury" the story? Thanks comrade!
Well, God bless Wisconsin! They will get several hundred dollars of my money to BLOW OFF fireworks in Minnesota. And while I'm at it, I'll be sure to stock up on libations when I'm shopping on Sunday. Pitythefools (in MN) indeed.
hey! Where are the previous comments on this article? Didn't they match the ultra liberal editorial board so they had to be deleted? I guess I did mention unions in a negative sense, sure that eliminated y thought somehow.
Bring a sack lunch
Just ask where the previous postings are... I know they don't match the editorial agenda, but at least pretend that our opinions are relevant. Or let me change that so you post... the state knows what is best for me, and will let me know what I can enjoy.. I am incapable of deciding for myself as an individual. Someone from the state should protect me and tell me how to live. Geezzz somewhere our founding fathers are turning over in their graves...
independent65---Your posts are on the other article about the override. Can't remember where you post?
indepedent65--Deleting the comments on an article happens often on this site. It happens when the comments are left leaning, and it happens when the comments are right leaning. By the way, this paper leans to the right. If you are "...capable of deciding for myself as an individual" then you are also capable enough to move to a state that better fits you ideology, perhaps Mississippi.
Attempt to override fireworks veto fizzles-------
WOW, some of the posts are pretty worked up about the "things that go bang" bill. Nice to see they have their priorities straight, lol (sarcasm).
So it looks like Minnesotans will get a $1 Million dollar bill for per diem. And what did we get for that? Higher fishing license fees and NOTHING else.
And the money just keeps going to Wisconsin. Ever ytime Minnesota has a chance to make money without increasing taxes rates, they choose to ignore it.
