The airline has replaced the roomy, comfortable Airbuses from the former Northwest Airlines with older, lower-end planes.

Yet another example of Delta giving Minneapolis the finger. Let's all bow down to Atlanta.

We need to kick Delta out of Mpls.. and give the other airlines more areas for their planes.. we might get cheaper fares in Minnesota

They are horrid planes it is 2012 for petes sake, they should of upgraded them before putting them on overseas or flights over 2 hours. My last flight(s) had broken tables, vomit covered seats, no personal screens and broken audio connections for the overhead monitors. There was no wifi on the US flights They were filthy too.

"Every indication we have had from Delta leaders is that the airline remains fully committed to its MSP hub, and nothing they are doing here suggests otherwise," said airport spokesman Patrick Hogan. Tell that to the passengers at MSP and the mechanics in Duluth...oops, they've all been released or moved to Atlanta. What a joke.

Time for the airport commission to earn their stripes and find another airline to fly between MSP & a european gateway city.

Just the continuation of the bleeding dry of MSP by the corp bigwigs in Atlanta. Slowly becoming just another midling airport with noisey outdated aircraft servicing it. Enjoy your time outdoors this summer with all the extra loud rubberband planes taking off and landing. Airport commission needs to quit playing footsey with Delta.

I am glad we got a great investment on all the state aid we gave NWA over the years. This is the thanks we get. Poor service, packed flights and terrible airplanes.

This article is baffling to me! There is only 1 767 flight to AMS that is "old" and doesn't have tv's in the seats. The other 2 per day are A330s. The flight to CDG (Paris) is also an A330. The flight to Tokyo (NRT) is a really new 777. The MD-90s have more seats per plane than the A320/A319, meaning Delta is putting more seats in the market! There are more flights and seats per day in MSP than DTW, making MSP the second largest hub the Delta system. Wake up Strib, it could be much worse!!
