This free-flowing workout incorporates traditional yoga poses with the strength training and conditioning benefits of aerial arts, gymnastics, Pilates and calisthenics. There’s no doubt it’s a challenge, but if you can tolerate hanging upside down, you can do it. The weightless sensation is reminiscent of hanging from the monkey bars as a kid, so let go, dangle in the air and let the giggling ensue.
