So, let me get this straight. Quoting from the article, "Hub Properties Trust, the Maryland-based owner of the building, said in a court filing that the GOP has not made a full $6,881 rent payment since last April. The party made a few partial payments on the 7,340-square-foot office and call center and then stopped paying rent completely in August." And, they also said, "It was those problems, along with revelations about sloppy bookkeeping, that prompted former GOP Chairman Tony Sutton to resign that same month. Sutton defended the debt at the time, saying it was accrued in pursuit of having Republicans win control of the Legislature for the first time in 40 years." So, they are now saying "While this is a situation none of us wants, it's part of the rebuilding process," he said. "No one ever said it would be simple or easy or without bumps along the way."' Theose are some pretty big bumps! And isn't that all interesting. They are rebuilding their party by going into debt to the sum of $2 million and not paying their rent since last August. Sounds like voodoo economics to me. And these are the same people who are critcizing the Dems for spend, spend, spend, and for "failed policies" from the past. Hmmmmm.

Better get those boot staps out and start pulling...or just "pray" for a bail-out, that should work.

Times are tough when suddenly Michele Bachmann is the most sane, rational and responsible Republican in the state.

"said he was surprised and disappointed by the eviction filing." -- How can you be surprised? Perhaps your disconnect and utter contempt of people who are worth less than a billion has blinded you to the reality that not paying for space you use will EVENTUALLY get you thrown out.

Sounds like they need to raise some revenue...perhaps the rich could donate a bit more.

So, this is how the party of fiscal responsibility runs their house? Give me a break why do you lemmings on the right keep voting for these people?
