I refuse to watch another game in which Liriano is pitching. It's absolutely infuriating. How they continue to let him start blows my mind.

Since his remarkable rookie season, Liriano is now 35-42 for his career. Is there a light at the end of the tunnel? The guy shows so little passion. BTW..Cuddyer .359, 2 HR, 7 doubles, 9RBI, 2SB

As much as Liriano's throwing makes me want to hurl, I still wonder how he'd perform if the Twins dumped him before this season and he was picked up by say Detroit or Chicago. As for Luke Hughes, good for him getting picked up elsewhere; he deserves better than Vavra. I'll say 10-15 HRs for him this season.

Well, it looks like spring training finally started in Florida.

Including the end of the 2010 season, the Twins have now lost 123 of their last 193 under Ron Gardenhire...even though they've spent, on average, $100M a season during that span.

The Twins have lost their "ace" to bad performance. Terry Ryan continues to do nothing. They lost their #2 starter to injury, gone for...the rest of his Twins career. Terry Ryan does nothing. In the off-season, Terry Ryan knew he had a fragile starting staff. What did he do? Did he address it? No. Did he begin to rebuild? No. Instead, he signed a 39-year-old shortstop, a 33-year-old LF, a 33-year-old journeyman fifth starter, and a 31-year-old back-up catcher. What in the world is this guy thinking? Terry Ryan needs to pick up the phone and fix this. It's his JOB! Yet, the last meaningful trade he made was way back in 2003. THIS is why he's gotten the nickname "The Cowardly Lion."

There is absolutely nothing about this current team that give anyone any hope for a better year than last season. In fact, it might even be a worse team than 2011. Poor front office decisions, worst pitching coach in the Major Leagues and a manager who can't motivate his team creates a 100 loss season.....By the way Humber, who pitched that perfect game was a former Twin.
