The reality of life in this area is harsh for the average person trying to make a living...yet there is much that draws the outsider into your own adventure where imaginations can see where Sitting Bull one rode, where General Custer camped and gold miners had hope for a big strike. My favorite real life events were born out of the adversity of the Old West. Anyone with a sense of adventure can make your own memories where the bison once covered the prairie like darkness covers the star-studded night sky. Your summer travel plans beckon.
