How Pathetic is a franchise that celebrates a 10 year anniversary of a Division Championship(the Central Division none the less) & not a Pennant or World Series?

the eleven twins they honored before the game would have beat the current twins yesterday. even with radke's bum arm and three pitchers playing the field. heck the 2002 team would run shot gun all over the squad we have now.
