the only difference between BC and MN was the skating, BC had the jump and we did not. We were led foot louie's watching them skate all around, all the time. It's too bad MN laid an egg again. Just don't get it.

stink, why is losing to a juggernaut on a 19 game winning streak considered laying an egg? Did Ferris, UMD, Air Force, and the other 14 teams besides UMTC that lost to BC during this streak lay eggs as well? Or was this simply a case of what turned out to be easily the best team in the country winning a bunch of games convincingly against all comers?

Agreed Mudcat, the Gophers had a bounce back season and the only thing in their way was a team that has won 3 of the last 5 national championships. Its no shame to lose to a team on a roll like that. Here's hoping that goalie turns pro next year !
