I like St. Paul but sometimes the NIMBYism is just out of control. At least this time everything work out.

Parking minimums need to be abolished. If a business is successful and some parking spills into nearby neighborhoods, so be it. Perhaps a few more folks will be inclined to walk/bike/bus if parking is difficult. This country's obsession with unlimited free parking is killing us.
