Everybody wants...high quality healthcare...good job preparation(schools)...roads....etc. Just make sure the "other guy" pays for it! The american dilemma. Intent here is good...but using fed dollars for this is just sneaky. State and county boards should just face up to locals and do this....the right thing to do. Taxation is the price of a modern society.
