Vandeveer and Limmer, you need to get off your high horse and get this done. Are you supporters of putting people to work, keeping the Vikings in Mpls., or would you like to be known as the Minnesota Obama Twins, another guy that doesn't understand what it means to create jobs and tax revenue. Are you guys getting money from the Indian Casino's? I'm a life long republican and you guys are really trying my patients.

"Vikings contributing $427 million to its construction. While the city would add $150 million to the total, the state's $398 million share" - Well how come here they call it $150 million from the city and those scammers Ryback and Dayton are calling it state $ and no referendum is needed.

Your patients may have to wait awhile; maybe we'll build them a care facility instead while we wait and see on this attempt to ripoff the taxpayers..

"Somehow, 'charitable' and the Vikings stadium -- they don't belong in the same sentence," he said (Sen. Vandeveer) ---- He nailed it right there. And, I have never cared if the quoted person is a dem or a gop. This whole thing is wrong to do to the people. The right thing to do is to provide zero public money to create a Dome 2.0 because the Dome 1.0 is just fine. Sorry Zygi, you will NOT be getting your numerous executive suites (aka corporate tax writeoffs due to claiming they are business meeting spaces) and restaurants inside the PEOPLES' STADIUM. You are already making a profit. Live with it.

jeddeloh - as a life long Republican, don't you oppose big government interfering with private enterprise? We're you supportive of Obama's bailouts of the auto industry and banks to save jobs? And by the way, even by the Vikings own estimate on their website, the tax revenue generated by the vikings ($26M) doesn't come close to covering the yearly debt payment on $398M. And one last thing...it's patience not patients
