The freshman scored five points in OT to beat Washington and send the U into the NIT final.

Just in case you missed that in coaching school - that was written on the wall of the locker room as "how to neutralize the paint defense if they are stronger and bigger than you" under the list "rookie coaching mistakes". OK... that gaffe off my chest... How about those announcers, huh? I was so excited by their commentary I was almost ready to jump up and cheer... or do calisthenics... or stab myself with a needle.. anything to remind myself it was basketball announcing, not bowling announcing
