From siouxchamp on March 9: "2-1? Really? Yes the Gophers will finally make the NCAA for the first time in many years. But this team won't make the championship game at the Final Five and definately won't make the frozen four this year. Write that down. Let's revisit this comment in a few weeks." Can't wait for you to revisit your post, siouxchamp!

So, goldendorker, who ended who's season? Pig, go look in the mirror, realize your stupid for being a sue fan, and watch the MINNESOTA GOLDEN GOPHERS PLAY IN THE FROZEN FOUR!

Where's your trash talking now siouxchamp? You're real quiet. Yeh, 15-4 in shots in the third but Gopher's held true. Thoroughly outplayed your sioux in the first two. So that's 4 periods of domination? You were pretenders.

From a UND fan, and gophers hockey season ticket holder, the Gophers played an amazing game and deserved the win. From start to finish the Gophers just simply outplayed UND. The seniors for the Gophers sure did a great job leading and the 10 freshman on UND played, well, they played like freshies. I still refuse to play the game of ripping on each others programs. Both have long historic traditions and I'm deeply proud of all the boys on both teams. I will sure miss this rivalry against who Jake Hansen calls their "biggest rivalry." We'll miss it too Jake! Good luck Gophers. Make us MN residents proud!

revenge is a dish best served on ice, take that fighting sux. Who cares about the WCHA tournament. The Gophers are the WCHA regular season champs. The only thing that matters now is a national championship.

Congratulations to the gophs on a dominating, decisive game, definitely proving the better team won the game and the season series. Depth, goal tending, tenacity and knowing how to score played well for the gophs today. ND couldn't stop the barrage that wore them down it seems after the first ten minutes. The shots that went in the Final Five were stone-walled today by the WCHA's best goaltender. the A team showed up and played to expectations. Hats off to the golden gophers. Good luck in Tampa.

I guess it was nice to set up the sioux that way AT THE FINAL 5....give em a little "confidence" and what ya know.....the door slams your boys in the rear as they board the bus to leave town for that awful god for saken wasteland.....;-)

Props to the Goofs. They used their advantages in depth and speed and (I know this will kill some) they were well coached coming into this game. Now I've got Duluth to cheer for and wonder who's going to sign a pro contract--Kristo, Nelson, Forbert....Go Bulldogs!!!!
