No matter what happens Sunday afternoon I will always remember this season as one of the best ever. This years seniors are a class act and have represented our State proudly and by the way I believe they are all from Minnesota. The last 3 years must have been very difficult for them and lets be honest, lesser people would have either left or given up, but they hung in there and have made all of us proud. I won't lie I am very nervous about playing UND again, but win or lose our leaders have worn the "A" or "C" on their uniforms all year. They had to deal with their coach's illness, but not his flipping the bird at the refs and none of them have ever had to explain why they had forstbite or apoligize for having a hissy fit after getting a well deserved major penatly. They are very good hockey players, which is cool, but even more important they are very good people, which will serve them well the rest of their lives.

I remember the first article of the year was on Talor Matson and I remember commenting that day by saying, I would want my kids to someday be the person he has grown to be. Good Luck to all the Gopher Hockey Players today!!
