Fun game to watch. Obviously we need more scoring next year, but there appears to be some players to build on for the future. Mixed emotions in that I wanted to see a win while I'm glad for the loss and the hope for a good draft. Injuries continue- Spurgeon and Cullen. I would like to see what what Yeo can accomplish with a normal season's injuries and some improved talent. I think he will do well. LOve the Wild!!!!!

Every win from here on out will do nothing but hurt the future of this franchise. The top four prospects projected by Central Scouting are pretty much NHL ready players, if you are drafting fifth or lower you are most likely getting a guy that needs more work in the minors or overseas. Top line scoring talent is a must, and those kind of guys just don't show up when you are drafting in 5th - 10th place every year. There is also a lot of talk of Zach Parise likely coming here, don't count on it. New Jersey is going to do all they can to resign him, and the Red Wings have been pretty vocal about the fact that they will be at least 6 million under the cap next year, and if their captain Nick Lidstrom retires in the off season they will be closer to 12 million under so they will be making a play for any of the top free agents out there.

Here goes Minnesota again--hoping for losses. I hope that's not the team philosophy. If so, just let the fans in for free please...

Wow. A Russo gamer getting 3 comments. If that isn't the definition of apathy I don't know what is.
