Tubbster needs to find a way to get Lockhart on the team next year either as a walk-on to scholarship or walk-on. This kid can play and would be a great fit for the Golden Gophers. NCAA next year baby.

Coach Smith gets alot of critism, however, if you look at the NCAA tournament the Big Ten teams have made a very good run. Maybe the competition in the Big Ten is better than critics thought, and Coach Smith is doing a better job than what he is given credit for; the NIT is not the NCAA by any means, but at least they are making some noise there.

Hey, Sid, has Delmon Young found that fly ball to left field he has been circling under since 2009?

Big Ten records don't matter? As a member of the Big Ten Conference the Big Ten Record tells us exactly how good our program is...our coach is...our team has played against Big Ten competition. The Gophers have been in the bottom 1/3 (6-12) the last two seasons in Big Ten Basketball. It seems that macturi and prexy k feel that is a fine place to be ranked within the Big Ten Conference. We will soon learn just how committed to competing and winning in the Big Ten Conference prexy k seems to be. Actions speak much louder than words, but, it sounds as though prexy k and his ace ad feel 9th place finishes in the Big Ten Conference are totally acceptable. Or...so it seems. And so it has been. As it seems and as it has been, so it very well may continue to be...

"The good news is that the Gophers were 7-1 without Ralph Sampson III" - - - - To bad Sid does not link the two together (wins and RS3 being out) and get a clue that one is related to the other.

If James Naismith was the Gophers AD, he would give Tubby a lifetime extension on his contract and a 5-Star practice facility.
