Please lay down, Wild. These wins will only hurt you in the long run. They mean nothing. There are 4 grade A prospects out there---don't blow it with this macho stuff. Play smart and improve yourself. You know that other smarter teams are.

Yep go on a streak when its absolutely pointless... and keep playing your way out of that top four draft pick!

Typical Minnesota sports. They do the worst thing possible for long-term losing. Now when the Wild could be lining up for a top draft pick, they will start winning. Like usual, the Wild will be good enough to not get a good draft pick and bad enough to not make the playoffs. Vikings did the same thing this year with that win over Washington.

Whoever wants the Wild to win at this point is just a complete hockey homer!

What? Is this a misprint?

Pointless points indeed. Looks like we'll be drafting around 10th yet again this year. *sigh*

I understand the desire for a top draft pick, but I think that Fletcher has reached the point of loading the system. That being said, what Yeo is getting out of these guys for effort, only speaks to his ability as a coach. My two centagos......

Dammit Wild. When I want you to win, you lose. When I want you to lose, you win.

Sigh...what can you do? This team has not gotten it right all year. Now, when they need to be losing, they start winning and kill their chances of a top pick. We'll probably pick somewhere from 7 to 10 now and get a good player but not a game breaker like Yakupov. It's hard to be a fan of this team sometimes.
