Gophers coach Jerry Kill will hold the first of 15 spring practices Thursday, hoping to sort out who he can count on this fall and who he can't.

Baby steps. Its still the big ten, its going to be a meat grinder. But i like the consistancy Kill brings to the table. Structure is good in all aspects of life. These sophmores and up come into the same situation for the second straight year makes it easier to focus, instead of chasing new policies. There will be improvements and I can't wait to see how Gray develops this year. Still a young team, its going to be tough.
