Congratulations to Noora Raty on being the tournament MVP! Very well-deserved! I agree that she is one of the best, if not THE best, women's goaltender in the world right now. Like I had stated a couple of weeks ago, I thought the fact she was named only to the All-WCHA Third Team was quite an eyebrow raiser. I think she pretty much proved to everyone else who should really have been the First Team All-WCHA goaltender. Congratulations to Noora for helping to backstop the team to the NCAA WOMEN'S HOCKEY CHAMPIONSHIP! Great job by the entire team!!

Firefly is totally right. Noora has played awesome her whole career. Great season Gophers. You have the talent to win it all next year too. For now enjoy the moment,you earned it. Thank each and every Gopher and their fans!
