Here we go again...throw some asphalt in a pothole on streets that are over 30 years old and BEYOND REPAIR! And lets just throw some asphalt over a concrete road and consider it fixed for another year. When are we going to start demanding that our cities start putting money in the street/road funds and FIX our streets and roads properly???
