Life without point guard Ricky Rubio began with a wild-west shootout, including season highs for points, assists and threes.

Gutsy win. Clutch free throws by Ridnour and Wes Johnson. Webster keeps trying to find ways to sabotage the Wolves at the end of the game. Thankfully he fouled the right guy. This was a nice team win with a lot of guys contributing. Not much defense but it was a good win. I'm falling in love with Beasleys shot...that is smooth. If they keep him, can they match any offer from another team?

missing rubio but great win. this team has what it takes. barea scares the crap out of me with his forced shots though. he should attempt only open ones.

Adelman is an amazing coach. He knows how to use each guy at just the right time and you see players like Ellington and Johnson start to emerge with great confidence. If we can get enough good guard play from Luke and JJ, we may be able to push through without Ricky. Love is a god, and can put this team on his back. Blake Griffin may get the attention and commercials, but Love can hit the big shots when the game is in the balance.

Most entertaining game of the year. Last year if they had faced a hot Phoenix team they would have lost by 25-30. Entirely different mindset this year.

I'm starting to respect Adelman more and more everyday. I never really thought much of him before, but what he's done with this group is nothing short of a miracle.

I hope David Kahn reads this. Do not trade anybody off this roster this year. Especially not Beasley. The Wolves have 3 Championship caliber forwards in Love, Beasley, and Williams, with Pek at center you have a dominant front line, with depth. There are plenty of minutes to play all four and you go with who is on that night. Where the tweaking needs to occur this off season is in the back court, and really a good draft pick may settle that situation. SOmetimes the best trade is no trade.

jwills, just a reminder: they have no good draft pick this year, and probably none at all unless Jazz jump up and make the playoffs.

Another excellent & surprising win last night! (Where was Darko? Not mentioned on the box score?)

This team has enough depth and basketball talent to compete the rest of the way. Playoffs could come down to last couple of games. Coach Adelman has his team jelling and playing good team basketball. Injuries are part of the game and a shorted season like this the team that can stay healthy can go a long way. Keep up the faith and close out the season with some nice wins and maybe the playoffs. Keep at least one team relevant in Minnesota.

I agree with Jwills. I don' think we should trade anyone unless someone wants Randolph for a second rounder as he doesn't fit here. I believe we won't get in return for Beasley what we need so lets keep him and just see what happens. I also agree with that 3 forward/1 center rotation and have felt that way all year and throw in Darko when we play teams with good big guys which is few and far between.
