U.S. rejects Texas photo ID law for voters

The Justice Department said the requirement would disproportionately affect the turnout by Hispanics.

If Texas sued, SCOTUS would side with them on 10th amendment principles. I expect they will.

I think that everyone that votes should be required to show a photo ID. I figure it just lets the illegals vote, which is what the dem's want.

As a counterpoint, I figure I'll let the constitutional scholar type folks (i.e. - Judges who went to law school and spent years studying these types of issues) decide what is and is not allowed by The United States Constitution.

You know something, why do you blame the illegals for all the problems of this country? I refuse to be your scapegoat because maybe your life isn't what you expected. With that statement, exactly what is your proof? If you have some, let's see it and just don't just spout of a statement you can't back up. Show us!
