"Activist" judges? Sounds like the smear tactics the Right has used on the word "Liberal" since the '80's. Is there any chance there are right-wing "activist" judges too, say, on the US Supreme Court, when deciding whether corporations are people?

It's only left wing activist judges that legislate from the bench. These judges are clearly overstepping their authority to further the leftist agenda. They should be removed from the bench and disbarred.

Great news. Voter ID serves no purpose other than to suppress the vote of those Republicans find undesirable. All these laws should be nullified, and MN GOP should stop wasting our time by pursuing it.

That is not a leftist agenda, it is an agenda of freedom and democracy. It's a real shame that the radical right doesn't support freedom or democracy under our Constitution.
