If he hadn't just been in the news accused of pulling a gun on the neighbor, I would give Cook the benefit of the doubt. But sorry, Chris, you're going to jail.

The jury decision will be decided with the evidence presented not preconceived or bias opinions. No one on this blog understand what happened that night except for Cook and his girlfriend. However, it appears from all accounts that they both need to find new partners.
