Baseball? Already? It's barely March.

Plouffe needs a lot more practice tracking fly balls, they made it sound like he actually has a chance to beat out Revere as an outfielder. NO CHANCE, especially if you trying to catch the ball better.

It's good to see that having players report three days earlier this spring to work on needed "fundamentals" is already paying, uh, dividends.

These are pro players. They should be ashamed of themselves. It's obvious they are not taking the game seriously enough. Fundamentals you learn in the minors. The finesse you pick up at the major league level. These guys are having trouble with fundamentals. I love this team and will go because of my love of thee game, but let's face it. It is hard to route for guys who aren't playing like elite athletes.

Anyone else notice Joe Mauer signing very few if any, autographs down here? He has more excuses than Cris Carter.

I'm so glad the Twinks invested that whole 3 extra days of "fundamentals" for this season. I guess the big question is, what "fundamentals" did the team work on? Golf swing, the correct method of applying sun screen, best method to eat fish tacos or how to give Gardy excuses to not be in the line up? It certainly doesn't appear to have been time spent figuring out how to play baseball correctly.

On everyone of Marquis "Wild Pitches" Mauer tried to back hand the hop instead of scooting on his knees and using his chest protector to deaden the ball...were the pitches bad? Yes....should Mauer have stopped them and in one case saved a run? Yes...come on Joe this is basic fundamentals.
