At least THREE sports people in Florida covering the twins and we get the AP story hours after the games are done, no wonder this paper is going broke.

I see there was an error at third base today...glad it wasn't Danny that committed it or we would have had to hear about it for days!! This way we'll never hear a thing about it!!

Does this mean that Terry's mid-season fastball will be right in Gardy's comfort zone of 89-90?

Pitches to contact which is great. We all know how hard it is to find these guys.

On a side note; Anyone listen to the games this weekend on 1500? The new radio broadcaster, Cory Provus, is an absolute treat to listen to. Buttery smooth voice and delivery, solid baseball knowledge, descriptive (but not over the top) and he briefly pauses at times to let the sounds of the game come through. Was a total pleasure listening to him call the games!

Yep, pitches to contact which means we have another guy who does not have top caliber stuff which is a surprise to all of us. Can we please spend the money to get all of our scouts a good radar gun that says no to anyone that doesn't throw at least 92MPH at a minimum. This is 2012 and the game has changed a bit folks as in 92-95MPH is kind of the bench mark now and not 87-90mph. Past time to get a bunch of power arms in the organization so we can have a legitimate number 1 and 2 starter on the team capable of winning a world series again !
