What does $975 million buy? Well, for one thing...politicians, namely Mark Dayton, Rybak, Ortega, and all of Wilf's other cronies.

I agree with ndsulakes. Spending a billion dollars for a fixed roof? Seems dumb, like when they built the Metrodome and went cheap with no retractable roof.
