Amazingly the Wild are still in the mix for the 8th spot, teams above them all seem unable to close the deal. A 2 point win tonight and we have, maybe, a better shot than the teams above us simply because we have a better schedule. If Backstrom can control his head and earn his $6mil we could see the opportunity for the youngsters to get some playoff experience.
