New low-cost carrier to fly from MSP

Please let it be Alaska Airlines!! If Delta keeps going the way they are going we will be asked to pay extra just to get a copilot on the plane.

Any competition will be helpful from MSP. Fares are outrageous - this should be welcome news. Hopefully it is direct competition with some of the Delta routes.

wndwmkr, Alaska has been flying to MSP since about 2007. I wish this would be JetBlue but my gut tells me it's going to be Spirit.
