DNR: Don't dump trash and dash

Conservation officers aren't happy about the many messes along roads and waterways. They're warning ice fishermen, watching areas and tracking litterbugs.

These folks who dump trash on the ice are the same folks who preach the importance of Minnesota's natural resources. Laughable.

raise the fine to 5k and you will see the problem disappear and give no time to pay or let them do sts community sericve cleanning up garabage at 2.00 a hour until they have paid their fine, trust me this issue will dimminsh to some extent.

time to raise the fishing license to pay for needed additional DNR officers. also time to add some tracking numbers on propane canisters to track down offending buyers who just throw them on the ice!

These are the same people who throw there cigarette butts out the window. The world is there ashtray. So sick of these people.

I'm amazed at how many people think it's okay to just drop their garbage on the ground. It drives me nuts, especially when they're two feet away from a trash can. Or they walk out of a building and throw their trash on the sidewalk. :(
