Does the Honorable Michele Bachmann considers adoption a business?

What I want to know is how Mr. X learned there was a grand jury subpoena to find out his name before it knew his name. Who told him? Must have been Twitter. Interesting.

Hey Judge- same guy, same twitter, but sub in Barack or Michele and then try to dismiss it as not credible. You must err on the side of safety here. If not, you are liable for any act he commits after you let him skate. Bill G.

No doubt there are liberals who would want to see Thor's hammer dropped on this guy, IF he'd done the same for Michele nO or Amy K. Otherwise ist's merely freedom of speech, "right"?

Bachman is an expert at generating hate. She and her family have been government freeloaders for years yet she hates government. Go away Bachman.

As much as I can not stand the 6th CD rep, I have no tolerance for anyone threatining our elected officals. I am particularly disgusted by the "glitterings" being done. Assualt charges should be in order.

Why a good person is hated by the left so much is something I will never understand.

As much as I dislike the political stances of the Tea Party and the extremism of the latter day Republican Party in general, the really creepy thing is violent imagery of any kind becoming parlance. It's just as bad directed at any private citizen as it is when a public person is the target.

As much as I dislike the political stances of liberals and the extremism of the left in general. I don't think this was really a threat. If you read the actual 'tweet' posted on this paper last week in context with other distasteful tweets the person made it's clear that this guy is just a d-bag who thinks he's being funny. Someone should have told him he's not, before it got to this point. It's a symptom of the culture that has developed where it's cool to not like the right and socially acceptable to voice your opinions on the matter.

bobblumenfel - yes Twitter did inform Mr X when they got the subpoena from the FBI. It was in a different article I read about this.
